A non-refundable deposit of $275.00 per week-per cabin is required to secure your reservation. Your telephone reservation will be held 7 days pending the receipt of your deposit. A non-refundable deposit, for less than weekly stays is $100. In case of a cancellation your deposit may be applied to a later date in the current season.

You will be charged for the specific time you have reserved even if you leave early, or your cancellation is 30 days from the date of your arrival, with the exception of a re-rental. If we can re-rent your cabin you will not be responsible for the rent, BUT your deposit will NOT be returned.

Cabin rental includes one spot per cabin for docking of your boat. If you bring your own motor there will be a charge for you to use one of our boats. A $35.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for the rental of one of our boats or a boat and motor package. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required for a pontoon rental.

ALL GUESTS MUST STOP AT THE OFFICE AND REGISTER PRIOR TO ENTERING THE RESORT. This includes visitors of our registered guests. Since we are limited in space and facilities, and we want ALL of our guests to enjoy themselves, we ask that you limit the number of visitors to 2 at any one time. We have a limited number of parking spots so please limit the number of vehicles to 2 per cabin.

There will be a charge for each day guest. Please let us know that you will be having guests before they arrive. Please let your guests know that there will be a fee and they need to register at the office upon their arrival.

No pets are allowed in any of the cabins.


We need this time to make sure your cabin is cleaned to the highest cleanliness level you expect. If you arrive early or leave late there will be a fee applied to your account.

All cabins are non-smoking cabins. You may smoke on the decks of all cabins.

Cabins should be left in a reasonably clean condition and free of damages. There will be a charge to your account if the cabin is damaged or left in an unacceptable level of cleanliness. We DO NOT do your dishes, dismantle appliances to remove unnecessary grime or sort through cabin supplies to return them to another cabin. This is your responsibility under the category of HOUSEKEEPING.

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept traveler’s checks or money orders.
